We are Brian Gary and Aaron Williams... your dynamic duo of real estate here in Cuenca... ok... stop laughing! Seriously now... we have been working here in Cuenca now for a year and a half, building our reputation with the locals, educating the expat community, and informing those who are thinking of buying or moving to beautiful Cuenca, Ecuador.

And while were were at it, we sought out and found the best team of real estate and visa attorneys, relocation specialists, container shippers, contractors, and more! We've also found the most ethical Ecuadorian agents to work with here to help us, help you find the finest properties available. Why do we do it? We do it for you!

Brian Gary

I've been in the real estate business since 1996, getting my real estate license in Nashville, TN, then moving forward and getting my real estate brokers license. I owned and operated Homes That Rock in Nashville and built a successful business there until deciding to move to the "deep" south... Cuenca, Ecuador.

I was blessed to work with some of the finest builders and developers in the area. I also specialized in relocation since so many families were moving to TN due to great incentives for businesses to relocate. This allowed me a great deal of experience in negotiating on behalf of the buyers, getting the the right house at the right price. I have to tell you... there was more than one reason I was called "The Rockin' Realtor!"

Aaron Williams

Now Aaron is a modest guy, but he was an extremely successful builder and developer in Northern Ireland. He started in 1991 by buying properties and then renovating them, then buying land and building subdivisions, then apartment buildings, and then managing a rental portfolio of over 200 properties, worth close to 90 Million bucks!

Since moving to Ecuador, Aaron started Ecuador Green Real Estate, Ecuador Green Construction, has done home renovations, home building, farm preparation, road preparation, land irragation, project development, and of course... showing, renting and selling real estate!
