We have been asked constantly for the last year and a half... do you offer real estate tours in Cuenca? Our answer has always been... we sell real estate, what would you like, and we'd be happy to show you properties that fit your criteria. Well... apparently this isn't what everyone is looking for! You want a tour! You asked for it... you got it!

Ecuador Green Real Estate is now offering Private Real Estate Tours of Cuenca and the surrounding areas.

Why a private real estate tour you ask?

Reason #1: We've heard complaints and more complaints about the way real estate tours are generally handled here in Cuenca. Either you are on a penthouse apartment tour, a gringo condo tour, or a "why would I ever want this" real estate tour, and we don't want to duplicate these errors. We heard you loud and clear!

Reason #2: When do you want to go? We will take you on YOUR schedule, not ours! We work for you... doesn't this make more sense?

Reason #3: See what you want to see! You probably have an idea of what you want don't you? Either you are thinking you'd like a single family home in town, or perhaps something a few minutes out of town? Perhaps an apartment near downtown or perhaps you'd prefer a penthouse? How about some land to build a home? Perhaps some land with an existing home? You get the idea. If you're like most folks, you've spent countless hours researching on the internet on what homes are available, what they cost, what the cost of building is, what the price of land is, etc. Now you want to see for yourself.. live and in person, what things are REALLY like!

Reason #4: Usually a tour is for a specific time frame... 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day... well... shouldn't that be determined by what is available when you are here, and how much time you want to spend looking? Again, we customize your private real estate tour specifically for you.

Reason #5: What is your budget? We will make sure that you stay at the best hotel in town that meets your budget! We've have great relationships with several tour companies as well as friends as some of the best hotels and hosterias here in Cuenca and the surrounding areas, and will help find you the best deal while you're here. Reasonable hotels rates start at $40 per night to quite expensive.... $300 per night! Pick your flavor and we'll assist you in finding the right accomodations for you!

Ok, so you DON'T know what you want... we can help there too! Before you get here we'll have a conversation and talk about all your specific needs, then we'll do our job, which is to provide you with the best property choices that meet your requirements. In the US and in Ireland, this is what we did for over 15 years! What we mean by that is this isn't our first rodeo! We know how to listen! Also, we didn't just get into the real estate business upon hitting the ground here in Cuenca, like so many of the so called "gringo" agents you'll find around town.

We have relationships with real estate and visa attorneys, relocation specialists, shipping container specialists... all without the all too common "gringo" price! I hope this sounds as good as it really is!

So now you're thinking... well what do you charge for your real estate tour? We're glad you asked!

Our fee per day for our real estate tour is $150.00 for an individual or couple! (not including hotel, after all, don't you want a choice of where you stay?) Thats right! You won't get charged more for travelling with your spouse or significant other! Are you coming with a friend or another couple? Let us know! Hopefully you are all looking for approximately the same thing so our custom tour is exactly that... a custom tour!

We know the costs of travelling to Ecuador and we don't desire to separate you from your hard earned cash, only to help you find what you're looking for!

If you really want a all inclusive price, let us know and we'll work with you based on your budget. All inclusive to "us" means, includes real estate tour, hotel with daily breakfast and lunch. Your dinner and social evenings are not included, though we'd be happy to make you aware of our favorite happy hours and restaurants!

Guess what else? If you purchase a property within 30 days of our tour, your real estate tour is... you guessed it... FREE... GRATIS... NO CHARGE! We will refund your private real estate tour fee because you bought a house... and that rocks!
